Babies banana chia + yoghurt pudding 🍌

I used to make this on repeat for my daughter after dinner when she was a baby. It’s super dooper simple and you can literally prep it on the spot it takes 2 mins

YOU NEED

  • One small or 1/2 larger ripe banana

  • 2 heaped tablespoons full fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds

Optional:

  • 1 teaspoon of smooth almond butter (runny)

TO MAKE

Mash the banana with a fork then add the nut butter and yoghurt and mash to a smoothish paste. Stir through the chia seeds

Serve pre-loaded onto a weaning spoon and keep topping the spoon up as needed

OR add to a suction bowl and allow babies hands to get messsssssy
