Babies banana chia + yoghurt pudding π
I used to make this on repeat for my daughter after dinner when she was a baby. Itβs super dooper simple and you can literally prep it on the spot it takes 2 mins
YOU NEED
One small or 1/2 larger ripe banana
2 heaped tablespoons full fat Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon chia seeds
Optional:
1 teaspoon of smooth almond butter (runny)
TO MAKE
Mash the banana with a fork then add the nut butter and yoghurt and mash to a smoothish paste. Stir through the chia seeds
Serve pre-loaded onto a weaning spoon and keep topping the spoon up as needed
OR add to a suction bowl and allow babies hands to get messsssssy
