The Happy Weaning Series
When my daughter started weaning, I had a full-on long notes on my phone of what she had eaten. I worried whether she'd had enough to eat some days. Whether I was doing the right thing…
I am a paediatric dietitian- and even I found it HARD.
So I started researching everything - the different styles of weaning, nutrition, what the science says - writing things down. Notes for myself at first- which recipes worked, what order to introduce things, how to make it all actually fit into a normal busy day.
Those notes turned into guides. And those guides turned into the happy weaning series.

About Christina
I'm Christina Hills- HCPC Registered Dietitian, chef-trained, and mum to a little girl who has eaten her fair share of pesto orzo.
I've spent 10+ years working with babies, children and families in the NHS and in my own private clinic, The Happy Feeding Company. I started sharing weaning advice on Instagram because I saw how overwhelmed parents were- and how much simpler it could be with the right guidance.
The happy weaning series is everything I know, in one place.
