The weaning workshop
Are you ready to feed your baby with confidence, and to nourish them safely with tasty and nutritious meals? Welcome to The Weaning Workshop an online masterclass where you will learn all about starting solids with your little one!
Led by baby nutritionist and registered dietitian Christina Hills, by the end of the workshop you will understand the ‘why’ and the ‘how’ behind starting solids, what foods to give and how to prepare them. The workshop will teach you how to nourish your baby throughout their first year of life to support healthy development and reduce the risk of fussy eating and nutrition deficiencies like iron, vitamin D and essential fats! The focus is on a natural approach to weaning, with fresh home-cooked meals and maximising nutrition!
Why my approach
